Ex 6:10 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 

11 "Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the children of Israel go out of his land."

Moses was recalled again to the ministry. He needed further encouragement to fulfill his calling. We are slow to believe and slow to obey. And so, God has to repeat Himself oftentimes. 

I see the significance and the importance of the TELLING ministry here. Ours is to go-tell; the rest is up to God; leave the results to Him.
