Ex 7:6 Then Moses and Aaron did so; just as the LORD commanded them, so they did.

Moses' and Aaron's obedience are emphasized here. They did according to what the LORD commanded them to do. Moses is no longer the fearful and cowering man. He was a changed person from this point on. He's now bold and courageous to do God's will.
